- Campaign cancellations should be requested at least 7 days in advance. This allows us to cease operations effectively and minimize additional charges.
- Any media or platform fees incurred up to the cancellation date will be non-refundable.
- Ongoing Retainers:
- Retainer agreements require a notice period of 30 days for cancellation to ensure a smooth transition and proper handover of work.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Payments made for services such as consultations, strategy development, and completed deliverables are non-refundable.
- Once a campaign is live or creative assets are delivered, refunds will not be processed.
- Prepaid Campaign Budgets:
- Any unused portion of prepaid campaign budgets will be refunded upon cancellation, provided no prior commitments to third-party platforms have been made.
- Service Quality Guarantee:
- If you believe our services did not meet agreed-upon expectations, you may file a claim within 7 days of service delivery. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund for unmet deliverables.
3. Special Conditions
- Refunds will not be issued for delays or outcomes influenced by client-side inaction, delays in providing required information, or external factors beyond our control.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email, along with detailed reasoning and supporting evidence.
4. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as mutually agreed upon.
